Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for electrical works Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents Perform quantity take-offs for electrical systems including power, lighting, low current, ELV, and related installations Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts Verify subcontractor invoices and payment certificates Assist in tender preparation and contract documentation Coordinate with project managers, electrical engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Track project progress against budget and prepare cost reports Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical quantity surveying Experience in UAE electrical construction / MEP projects is preferred Strong knowledge of electrical systems, BOQ preparation, and cost control Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Engineering Design & Consulting Department / Functional Area Engineering Keywords ProcurementFinancial ReportingRisk AssessmentCost ConsultantNegotiation SkillsEstimating EngineerContract ManagementProject Surveyor Get real-time job updates only on our App
