• Cost Estimation & Budgeting Quantity Take-Offs: Extract exact material dimensions and weights from design drawings. Bills of Quantities (BOQ): Draft detailed lists of required materials, machinery, and labor. Feasibility Studies: Produce preliminary cost forecasts to determine if a project is financially viable. Procurement & Subcontractor Management Tender Management: Prepare and evaluate competitive bidding packages for suppliers and subcontractors. Rate Analysis: Compare quotes to secure cost-effective options for raw resources or specialist site labor. Order Placement: Authorize and assist the procurement department on material purchasing logs and verify production lead times. 3. Contract Administration & Cost Control Variation Management: Calculate financial implications when project designs change mid-production. Interim Valuations: Assess ongoing physical progress on-site or in the factory and / or obtain relevant information from the concerned department personnel to submit and / or approve monthly progress claims. Value Engineering: Propose alternative materials or methods to cut costs without hurting product quality. 4. Financial Reporting & Final Accounts Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR): Track real-time budget spending against the target margins. Final Accounts: Assist Accounts to reconcile all financial alterations at project closeout to secure final balance payments. 4. Training and Guidance Provide training and guidance to direct reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word, knowledge on FIDIC, Vendor Relationships, Reporting Skills, Estimating, Decision Making, Teamwork, Documentation Skills, Ability to negotiate, Quality Focus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, CCS Candy (preferrable), and or specific Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools like SAP for factory environments. : Exceptional math capabilities, strong commercial awareness, negotiation expertise, and deep knowledge of contract law.
