Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Role Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically proficient Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our development team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and high quality of our diverse portfolio of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern web frameworks, mobile cross-platform development, and Content Management Systems (CMS). You will act as the final gatekeeper of quality, ensuring all products meet our design benchmarks and functional requirements before they reach production. Responsibilities End-to-End Testing: Conduct comprehensive functional, regression, performance, and usability testing across web and mobile platforms. Design Validation: Use Figma files as primary benchmarks to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and consistent user experience across all devices. Bug Lifecycle Management: Identify, document, and track bugs within the Azure DevOps board. You will be responsible for following up on fixes and performing re-tests to ensure resolution. Technical Verification: Validate applications built with ReactJS and Flutter, ensuring they meet cross-platform standards. Backend & API Testing: Verify the integrity of backend services built with NestJS and Laravel through thorough API testing. CMS Validation: Perform quality checks on projects utilizing WordPress and Headless CMS architectures (e.g., Sanity with ReactJS), ensuring content delivery and administrative functions are seamless. Requirement Analysis: Review project requirements and user stories to define clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and project coordinators to deliver high-quality, bug-free solutions in a fast-paced environment. Desired Candidate Profile Technical Requirements Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for both web and mobile applications. Frameworks: Proficiency in testing applications built with ReactJS, Flutter, NestJS, and Laravel. Platforms: Strong understanding of testing WordPress sites and Headless CMS integrations (Sanity). Design Tools: High proficiency in using Figma to verify UI/UX benchmarks. Task Management: Direct experience using Azure DevOps (DevOps boards) for task tracking and bug management. Automation : Experience with frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman for API testing. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong English communication skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
