QC Leader

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities QC team leadership: Assign daily tasks, manage attendance and evaluate performance of on-site IPQC and finished-goods QC inspectors; train front-line inspectors on skills and standards to keep judgement criteria consistent. Inspection execution: Coordinate incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC) and outgoing (OQC) inspection; supervise inspectors to follow SIPs, drawings and samples strictly, ensuring sampling plans and acceptance criteria are applied accurately. Abnormality handling: When quality abnormalities occur, verify the defect, assist in issuing abnormality-contact sheets, and identify, isolate and follow up on non-conforming products. Measuring-tool management: Maintain and keep inspection instruments (calipers, projectors, multimeters, tension gauges, etc.) in calibrated, effective condition. Data & reporting: Review inspection records; compile supplier acceptance rate, main defect distribution and other reports, and report quality trends to the Quality Manager. Process monitoring (IPQC): Manage in-process quality patrols, supervising first-article, patrol and final inspection so the process stays under control; promptly detect and correct line violations. Material-flow coordination: Keep close contact with the warehouse and Material Controller (MC) to coordinate green-channel inspection of urgent materials and ensure smooth material turnover. Desired Candidate Profile College / technical secondary diploma or above; 3+ years' quality experience in electronics manufacturing, including experience as an IQC/QC team leader or senior inspector. Skilled in AQL sampling standards (e.g. GB/T2828 or ISO2859); able to read mechanical part drawings and technical specifications accurately. Familiar with common defects and acceptance criteria of e-cigarette materials (hardware, plastics, batteries, e-liquid, packaging) preferred. Good English (able to review English technical documents, direct foreign inspectors and complete English quality reports). Proficient with ERP quality modules and Excel data summarization. Highly principled, objective and fair; good communication and teamwork; meticulous under pressure.
