QA QC Engineer

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and specifications. Conduct welding inspections, NDT reviews, and quality surveillance at site. Review and approve WPS, PQR, and Welder Qualifications in line with project requirements. Ensure materials, welding consumables, and coating systems meet approved specifications and standards. Carry out inspection of welding, fabrication, installation, hydro-testing, painting, and other activities as per ITP and project procedures. Liaise with ADNOC representatives, consultants, and third-party inspectors for witnessing and approvals. Review NDT reports, WPS documentation, coating/painting inspection reports, and maintain traceability records. Monitor subcontractors and vendors for quality compliance and provide technical support. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents, inspection records, NCRs, and corrective action reports. Assist in the preparation and submission of Quality Dossiers / MDRs for final project handover. Support and participate in quality audits, internal assessments, and HSE-Q initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. CSWIP certification (mandatory). BGAS / NACE certification preferred. Minimum 6–10 years of experience in QA/QC roles within Oil & Gas projects, with at least 4 years in ADNOC or GCC projects. Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, API, ISO, ASTM, BS, and ADNOC specifications. Experience in welding inspection, Test pack, coating inspection, NDT methods, and material verification. Familiar with QA/QC documentation, ITPs, and MDR preparation. Strong communication and coordination skills.
