Proposal Manager

We are searching for a Proposal Manager to lead the preparation and submission of highly competitive bids and tenders for major international construction and EPC projects. Manage the end-to-end bid process, from pre-qualification to final submission. Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and commercial teams to gather technical inputs. Write, review, and format proposal documents to ensure clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness. Track tender deadlines and maintain a database of historical bid data.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering 15+ Years of Exp Proven track record in managing winning proposals in the international contracting sector. Excellent technical writing, organizational, and project management skills.
