Proposal & Estimation Engineer

Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for complex projects, meticulously analyzing scope, materials, labor, and overhead. Craft compelling and persuasive proposal narratives, clearly articulating value propositions and technical solutions to win bids. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to gather critical data for estimates. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents to define project requirements and identify potential risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Cost Professional) or PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) are highly valued.
