Property Consultant

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE real estate market. Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Conduct property viewings and provide professional market guidance. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants. Generate and follow up on leads through calls, networking, and marketing activities. Manage property listings and client information through approved portals and CRM systems. Negotiate and close successful property transactions. Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience in sales/leasing preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Ability to work effectively in a competitive, commission-driven environment
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is preferred
• Own Visa is mandatory
