Property Consultant

A Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice on real estate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through portals, networking, and referrals Conduct property viewings for potential buyers/tenants Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Prepare and present property listings with accurate details Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market trends in UAE Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners Achieve monthly sales/rental targets set by management Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for listings and documentation Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Skills

0–2 years of sales experience in real estate or related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of Dubai/UAE property market (off-plan & secondary) Ability to generate leads independently Familiarity with portals like Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle (advantage) Other

Requirements

Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not compulsory) Immediate joiners preferred Employment Type Full-time
