Projects Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Joinery (UAE)

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with extensive UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery to lead high-end commercial, hospitality, F&B, retail, and residential projects from award through successful handover. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from contract award to final handover. Prepare and monitor project execution plans and construction schedules. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities. Manage project budget, procurement, cash flow, and cost control. Monitor quality, HSE compliance, and project progress. Lead project meetings and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, MIRs, and WIRs. Manage project risks, variations, extension of time (EOT), and contractual issues. Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, and DLP close-out. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery. Experience delivering projects valued above AED 10 Million. Strong knowledge of joinery production and installation. Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, commercial offices, and luxury residential projects. Excellent leadership and client management skills. UAE Driving License. Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification. Primavera P6 knowledge. Contract administration experience. Ability to manage multiple fast-track projects.
