Project Manager – Shutdown (Refinery TA)

& Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 20 years of relevant Oil & Gas / Refinery Turnaround experience. Significant experience in RFCC (Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking) Shutdowns. Proven experience managing large-scale EPC, shutdown, or brownfield projects. Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, cost control, contracts, HSE, quality, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for project (Shutdown) execution, performance, and delivery. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out. Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, manpower, and resources. Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions. Lead project meetings and provide progress reports to management. Ensure timely completion of construction, commissioning, and handover.
