Project Manager

Lead and manage construction contractors and delivering projects through the construction phase. Lead the Multidisciplinary supervision team and manage day-to-day project operations. Ensure project delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget. Review and monitor contractor progress and performance. Manage project risks and implement mitigation measures. Conduct progress meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, quality standards, and programme commitments. Ensure safe delivery of works in accordance with project HSE requirements and industry best practices. Oversee inspection and testing activities. Ensure timely resolution of technical and contractual issues. Coordinate and manage site interfaces between contractors, authorities, designers, client stakeholders, and operational teams. Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders. Review and monitor construction schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans. Identify construction risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on programme and budget. Lead site inspections, quality reviews, testing, commissioning and handover activities. Support change management, variation reviews, and commercial assessments. Chair site meetings and coordinate resolution of technical & delivery-related issues. Ensure construction activities comply with statutory regulations, permits, and operational constraints. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior stakeholders and programme leadership. Track project KPIs and recommend corrective actions where required. Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across the project team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge of good construction practices and Qatar Construction Specifications Multidisciplinary coordination Knowledge of local regulations and Applicable Standards. Project Management Contract Administration Construction Supervision Stakeholder Management Leadership and Team Management Risk Management Budget and Cost Control Excellent Communication Skills Report Writing and Presentation Skills Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Proficiency in Project Management and collaboration platforms (e.g., PROCURE, Aconex, Primavera P6, MSP). Previous experience and acceptance by Client to independently manage building construction projects of QAR 300 Million or more. Employment Type Full-time
