Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of strategic projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality standards and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including project scope, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and deliverables. Lead and manage cross-functional project teams by providing direction, assigning responsibilities, and driving performance to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project delays. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, regulatory bodies, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and alignment. Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, governance requirements, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular project status reports, performance dashboards, and executive updates to management. Coordinate and secure the human, technical, and material resources necessary for project execution. Optimize resource allocation and project priorities to maximize efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes. Maintain accurate project documentation, records, risk logs, and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle. Perform any other related duties assigned by management. Desired Candidate Profile · Professional Project Management Certification such as: o PMP o PRINCE2 o Agile Shift o Scrum Master o Other recognized project management certifications · Native Arabic Speaker or Fluent Bilingual (Arabic & English), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Experience Requirements Extensive experience managing complex projects from initiation through closure. Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience working with government entities, regulatory authorities, or large-scale organizations is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
