Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee project delivery across all phases Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams Monitor project progress and mitigate risks Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Report on project performance to senior management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 13 15+ years of experience in construction and real estate development Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills PMP or similar certification is a plus
