Project Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Mid-Level Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our technology team in Jordan or Lebanon. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional software development teams, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality digital products. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices, project planning, stakeholder management, and software development lifecycles. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can remove delivery impediments, foster team collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement. Manage multiple software development projects from initiation through delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and manage the product backlog. Monitor sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation plans. Coordinate activities between developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders. Track project milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, quality standards, timelines, and business objectives. Support release planning, sprint planning, and roadmap execution. Remove blockers impacting team productivity and delivery. Drive continuous process improvement across Agile teams. Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Maintain project documentation, sprint reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and project plans. Support change management and project governance activities.
