Project Manager – Civil
Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil with extensive UAE landscape construction experience to lead and manage large-scale landscape, swimming pool, and water feature projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, ensuring completion within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of landscape, swimming pool, and water feature projects. Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal departments. Review contracts, project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project deliverables. Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and timelines to ensure successful completion. Ensure compliance with project quality standards, HSE regulations, and contractual obligations. Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, planners, QA/QC, and subcontractors. Conduct project review meetings and provide progress reports to senior management. Manage variations, claims, change orders, and project documentation. Oversee material procurement and subcontractor performance. Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues impacting project delivery. Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 12–15 years of total experience, including at least 7 years of UAE landscape construction experience. Proven track record in delivering landscape, swimming pool, water feature, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape projects in the UAE. Strong experience managing villa developments, public realm, hospitality, commercial, and residential landscape projects. Excellent knowledge of project management, budgeting, planning, procurement, and contract administration. Strong understanding of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, QA/QC procedures, and HSE regulations. Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent client-facing, negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. PMP Certification or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred. Candidates currently based in the UAE with immediate or short notice availability will be preferred.
