Project Manager Civil - High Rise Residential Building Contracting

Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and building codes, with a focus on high-rise residential projects. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, guaranteeing timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining quality standards. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays to keep projects on track and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, promptly addressing any deficiencies and ensuring workmanship meets the required standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in high-rise residential building construction, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry.
