Project Manager-Arabic Speaking

Plan, execute, and oversee enterprise projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities include defining project scope, managing schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams—including developers, DevOps, solution architects, and business analysts—and tracking project progress using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with enterprise systems and technologies like webMethods, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is desirable. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to facilitate collaboration, resolve challenges, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects. PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management methodologies.
