Project Manager- Civil (Landscape/Pool/Water feature)

Manage landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, hardscape, softscape, and civil works projects from planning to final handover. Develop project schedules, execution plans, resource plans, and monitor progress against targets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams across multiple projects. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, procurement, and subcontractor activities for smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and resolve technical or operational issues. Manage client, consultant, contractor, and authority coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents. Monitor project costs, variations, budgets, and support value engineering initiatives. Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, HSE requirements, and UAE regulations. Prepare project reports, risk assessments, progress updates, and ensure proper project documentation and handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 8–12 years of UAE experience managing landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, water feature, or civil construction projects. Proven experience handling large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, or government projects. Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, project execution, and contract management. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills. Excellent client handling, negotiation, and communication abilities. Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management, and scheduling. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or MS Project is an advantage. Requirements UAE Driving Licence preferred. Willingness to travel across project sites in the UAE.
