Project Manager- Civil

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects (planning, execution, handover). Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Manage procurement processes and subcontractor performance. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Oversee contract administration, variations, and claims. Ensure effective cost control and financial tracking of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 8–15 years of experience in building construction and contracting. Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations in Oman/GCC. Experience in handling subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams. Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) is preferred. PMP certification is a plus. Employment Type Full-time
