Project Manager - Security

Manage the full lifecycle of security contracts, from mobilization and site setup through day-to-day operations to renewal. Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and coverage for all assigned sites to meet contractual requirements. Act as the main point of contact for clients, holding regular review meetings and handling escalations. Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, and put corrective actions in place where standards fall short. Ensure full compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Interior and the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS), as well as client security requirements. Oversee site supervisors and security personnel, including performance, discipline, and training needs. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and risk assessments to identify and close security gaps. Manage project budgets, control costs, and track contract profitability. Coordinate incident reporting and investigations, and make sure lessons learned are applied. Prepare operational and financial reports for management. Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

5 years of experience in the security field, including managing security contracts or multi-site operations. Languages: English and Arabic.
