Project Manager - Oracle Trade

Lead end-to-end Trade Finance implementation projects on Oracle platforms. Manage implementation of Islamic Trade Finance products, workflows, and business processes. Work closely with Trade Finance, Islamic Banking, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery. Coordinate with Oracle implementation teams, vendors, developers, testers, and business users. Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, SIT, UAT, migration, and production rollout. Ensure the solution meets business, operational, regulatory, and Shariah-compliance requirements. Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications. Lead issue and risk management, ensuring timely resolution and escalation of critical items. Coordinate data migration, integration, testing, training, and go-live activities. Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and post-production support. Desired Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with significant experience in Trade Finance implementations. Strong hands-on knowledge of Trade Finance products and processes. Proven experience in Islamic Trade Finance / Islamic Banking implementations. Experience implementing or integrating Oracle Trade Finance / Oracle Banking platforms. Strong understanding of Trade Finance products such as Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Documentary Collections, Import/Export Finance, and Islamic Trade Finance structures. Experience managing complex banking transformation or implementation projects. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, testing, integration, and production deployment. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with banks, financial institutions, Oracle teams, and third-party vendors is preferred. Education & Certification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is preferred.
