Project Manager - iWAREHOUSE Technology Solutions
Job Description
Join our Raymond Team as a Project Manager - iWAREHOUSE!
The Role
We are seeking a passionate, autonomous and driven Project Manager - iWAREHOUSE Technology Solutions who brings not only energy and strategic thinking, but also exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. This is not a cookie-cutter position-it demands someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates complex environments with ease, and takes initiative without waiting for instruction. In this role, you will lead the implementation and installation of Raymond's cutting-edge iWAREHOUSE technology solutions across a diverse network of customers and partners. Success in this role hinges on your ability to independently identify process improvements, drive continuous innovation, and build strong cross-functional relationships-both internally and externally. You'll collaborate closely with Sales & Service Centers (S&SC), internal teams, and national clients to deliver seamless technology deployments that align with evolving business needs. We value innovative thinking-yes, even during project debriefs (where coffee is a must). If you're a solutions-oriented professional who thrives on delivering outcomes, excels at stakeholder engagement, and consistently seeks ways to optimize delivery and performance, this role will challenge and reward you in equal measure.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end deployment of iWAREHOUSE technology solutions in collaboration with S&SC's, internal teams, and customers.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring resource alignment, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Lead customer-facing meetings to align on goals, share progress updates, and address risks or scope changes.
Create standardized implementation playbooks and strategies tailored to customer KPIs.
Oversee data transfers, cleansing, and integration to ensure accuracy, security, and usability across systems.
Analyze reporting outputs to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for iWAREHOUSE and Operator Assist solutions across multiple channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify feature enhancements, process improvements, and scalable deployment practices.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
5 + years of related professional experience.
Ability to work in a fast pace, high intensity team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, dependability, and the ability to work to deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, communication, and problem-solving skills.
What Sets You Apart
Project management certifications.
Specialized system knowledge (networking and electrical) to analyze, understand, and communicate detailed information effectively.
Where and When You'll Work
Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule-collaborate in person at our Greene, NY or Columbus, IN office and work remotely two days per week.
While most of your work will follow a standard schedule, occasional flexibility may be required to connect with colleagues and stakeholders in other time zones..
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $73,800 - $94,600 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation.
World Class Benefits
