Project Manager - Agriculture and Palm

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and senior management Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders Manage project budget and expenses, track project costs, and provide regular financial reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the agriculture or palm industries Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office and project management software PMP certification is a plus
