Project Management Specialist

The project management specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of projects, preparing work plans and reports, coordinating with departments, monitoring risks, documenting projects, and ensuring that objectives are achieved according to approved timelines. Planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure their implementation according to approved timelines. Preparing and monitoring work plans and performance indicators. Preparing periodic reports on project progress and submitting them to management. Coordination with departments and stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are achieved. Monitoring risks and challenges and proposing appropriate solutions. Documenting all project phases and maintaining project records. Contributing to the development and improvement of project management procedures and methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, industrial engineering, or any related field. At least two years of experience in project management or project coordination. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs . Proficient in using Microsoft Power BI for data analysis, creating dashboards, and generating reports. Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project , Jira , or Asana is preferred . Excellent skills in communication, organization, time management, and report writing. It is preferable to obtain a PMP or CAPM
