Project Lead – Data Management Framework

Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive data management framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Define and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures across the organization to maintain data integrity, quality, and security. Develop and manage the data lifecycle, from creation and acquisition to storage, usage, archiving, and disposal. Oversee the implementation of data cataloging, metadata management, and data lineage tracking solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience and Qualification 8–12 years of experience in: • Data projects delivery • Technology transformation • Data governance / data platform implementation • Proven hands-on delivery experience (not just governance or reporting). • Experience in banking / financial services highly preferred. • Experience delivering Data Management Framework or similar programs. Certifications (preferred): • PMP / PRINCE2 • Agile / SAFe • Exposure to regulatory environments (CBUAE, BCBS 239) preferred Technical & Domain Expertise (Critical for This Role) Basic to intermediate understanding of: Data governance concepts Data quality processes Data lineage and metadata Employment Type Full-time
