Project Engineer – Pool Division

Manage the execution of multiple swimming pool, plunge pool, spa, fountain, and water feature projects. Coordinate daily site activities with Site Engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents before execution. Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, company standards, and HSE requirements. Monitor project costs, material usage, manpower, and productivity. Review and approve material requests, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and resolve technical issues. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover. Manage project documentation, including RFIs, NCRs, inspection requests, and as-built drawings. Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain excellent client relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project execution. At least 3 years of experience in swimming pool, water feature, fountain, or landscape construction. UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of: Swimming pool construction Pool hydraulic systems Waterproofing systems Filtration and circulation systems Pool MEP works Civil and finishing works Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project (Primavera is an advantage). Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering luxury villa, hospitality, or commercial swimming pool projects. Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and construction standards.
