Project Engineer

Monitor and coordinate daily site activities and project progress. Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Review drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical documents. Coordinate between the Client, Consultants, Contractors, and Subcontractors. Monitor contractor progress, programme, and outstanding works. Identify and report technical issues, delays, risks, and non-conformities. Follow up on inspections, testing, snagging, and corrective works. Attend project meetings and prepare site reports, minutes, and action trackers. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Support the Project Manager with technical, contractual, and day-to-day project matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 2 years of proven experience managing projects valued at over 20 million AED in the UAE Extensive background within fit-outs, renowned design studios, or consulting firms Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution Proficiency in creating submittals and managing document control Ability to lead and coordinate with diverse teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving abilities Fluency in English is required Own a car Based in the UAE Employment Type Full-time
