Project Engineer – E&I (Oil & Gas, Industrial Services,& EPC),

Coordinate E&I installation, maintenance, and shutdown activities across industrial and oil & gas projects. Support solar PV installations, including modules, inverters, cabling, electrical connections, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate EPC activities covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and project handover. Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, technical specifications, and method statements. Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project schedules. Coordinate site manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and project schedules. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and report delays or resource requirements to the Project Manager. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, quality standards, client specifications, and applicable regulations. Maintain project documentation, progress reports, inspection records, testing reports, and as-built drawings. Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, punch-list clearance, and final handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering. 5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial E&I, solar projects, and/or EPC execution. Practical knowledge of electrical installation, instrumentation, testing, and commissioning. Exposure to solar PV systems and EPC project workflows. Experience in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. UAE/GCC experience, preferably in oil & gas, industrial services, or renewable energy. Key Competencies Strong technical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Effective site and subcontractor coordination. Good communication and reporting skills. Commitment to HSE, quality, and project deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD and MS Project knowledge is an advantage. Employment Type Full-time
