PROJECT ENGINEER – CIVIL

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage building construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, site management, manpower, materials, coordination, progress, quality and overall project delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, manage and supervise overall project execution. Manage Project Engineers, Site Engineers, supervisors and site teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Review drawings, specifications, BOQ and project requirements. Coordinate Civil, Architectural and MEP works. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and resources. Handle technical issues, inspections, RFIs, MIRs and project documentation. Monitor quality, safety and project schedules. Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and handover. Prepare progress reports and update management on project status.

Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction. Food industry / food processing project experience is required. Experience in wet food / meat processing projects is highly relevant. Strong knowledge of construction, Civil, Architectural and MEP coordination. Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred. SOFTWARE AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Word required. Employment Type Full-time
