Project & Cost Control Assistant Manager (Telecom Focus)

Involve in all commercial and technical discussions with TowerCo partners. Interface between internal teams and TowerCo stakeholders. Ensure alignment on scope, pricing, and contractual obligations. Manage change requests, scope clarifications, and contractual adjustments. Ensure compliance with agreed technical standards and commercial terms. Prepare and issue RFPs for civil works related to telecom mobile projects. Develop and validate detailed BOQs in coordination with engineering teams. Ensure accuracy of quantities, scope definitions, and cost structures. Support technical-commercial evaluation of contractor submissions. Manage invoice validation and reconciliation with TowerCo. Ensure invoices are aligned with BOQ quantities and contractual milestones. Manage resolution of billing discrepancies and commercial disputes. Monitor invoice status and financial exposure to prevent revenue leakage. Initiate initiatives to digitize and automate invoice workflows. Design and implement tracking systems to improve transparency and efficiency. Coordinate with Finance and IT to integrate automated solutions. Develop reporting mechanisms to monitor invoice cycle time and approval status.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 8 years of experience in cost control, project controls, or financial management within telecom or infrastructure projects.Technical background in telecom to critically evaluate TowerCo scope and vendor deliverables. Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and invoice reconciliation. Strong stakeholder management and persuasion skills to drive cost initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools and financial reporting systems
