Project Construction Manager

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of site activities. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns. Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for the project. Lead and supervise site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers. Prepare progress reports and documentation for management and clients. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Construction/Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in the UAE market. Must hold a valid driving license. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines and taking care of team. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
