Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects through all phases - schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration

Serve as a primary client contact, managing relationships with owners, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies

Coordinate with in-house engineering, interior design, and planning disciplines to deliver fully integrated project solutions

Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining the firm's high standards for design quality

Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff and intern architects

Contribute to business development efforts including proposals, presentations, and client relationship building

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, zoning, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of professional architecture experience with demonstrated project leadership across multiple phases

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program

Architectural license preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure strongly encouraged to apply

Proficiency in Revit required; experience with BIM coordination, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus

Strong design sensibility paired with technical rigor - you care equally about how it looks and how it's built

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently to clients and collaborate across disciplines

Experience across multiple market sectors preferred; curiosity and adaptability are essential

LEED AP or other sustainability credentials a plus
