Program Manager Non-Financial Risk Engagement

Job Summary

The Program Manager supports the coordination and day-to-day oversight of the Non-Financial Risk advisory engagement, working across Operational Risk, Information Security & Data Privacy, Third-Party Risk Management, and Fraud Risk Management. The role acts as a coordination point for delivery progress, deliverable quality, and reporting, while accountability for risk ownership and decision-making remains with the client at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination & Delivery Oversight Act as the point of contact for day-to-day delivery, quality, and escalation matters
• Track the delivery plan, milestones, and dependencies across the NFR workstreams . Help manage delivery risks and issues, flagging them for escalation where needed
• Quality Review key deliverables for consistency and accuracy before they are submitted
• Support periodic Service Quality Reviews of the engagement s outputs
• Reporting & Coordination Consolidate updates and reporting across the different NFR workstreams
• Help prepare materials and presentations for management and risk committee updates
• Coordinate communications between the advisory team and stakeholders
• Performance Tracking Track progress against agreed KPIs and success criteria
• Monitor and report on delivery status, risks, and issues
• Coordinate with other functions (e.g., Procurement, Legal, BCM) where dependencies arise
