Program Manager

Responsible for day-to-day program planning, coordination, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams and entities. Ensures milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed to achieve successful program outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage program plans, schedules, and delivery milestones. Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams. Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. Prepare governance reports and executive status updates. Monitor delivery progress, budget, resources, and quality. Ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines. Must Have 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience. Experience managing large-scale business or technology transformation programs. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Understanding of enterprise applications, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and data management. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools. Strong stakeholder, governance, risk, and delivery management skills. Good to Have Experience with AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, and Cybersecurity principles. PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, MSP, SAFe, or Agile certifications. Exposure to Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.
