Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Professor/Assistant professor/Associate Professor- School of Computing 1- Artificial intelligence & Machine Learning- Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor 2- Big Data Analytics - Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor 3- Cyber Security- Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor 4- Software Engineering- Professor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment activities at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in alignment with program and course learning outcomes. Develop, review, and enhance course materials, curricula, and assessment strategies using innovative and technology-enabled approaches. Foster student engagement through effective, student-centered teaching methodologies and active learning practices. Contribute to curriculum design, program development, accreditation, and periodic program review activities. Integrate research, industry applications, experiential learning, and emerging technologies into teaching and learning activities. Conduct and publish high-quality scholarly research in reputable journals, conferences, and other recognized academic outlets. Pursue research funding, industry collaborations, and interdisciplinary projects that support institutional research objectives. Supervise student research projects, theses, dissertations, capstone projects, and scholarly activities. Provide academic advising, mentoring, and career guidance to students. Participate in academic governance, committee work, policy implementation, and institutional initiatives. Support quality assurance, accreditation, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Requirements Minimum of 8–10 years of teaching and research experience in higher education. Experience supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research. Proven academic leadership and committee participation experience. Qualifications Ph.D. in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Data Science, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. Professional memberships, industry certifications, or relevant credentials will be considered an advantage.
