Production Engineer/Quality Control Engineer/Accounts Executive

We are hiring for three positions at our fastener manufacturing facility in Umm Al Quwain, UAE: Quality Engineer, Production Engineer, and Accounts Executive. Applicants may apply for the position that matches their experience. Roles and Responsibilities Quality Engineer Carry out incoming, in-process, and final inspections. Review material test certificates and maintain quality and traceability records. Investigate non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions. Production Engineer Plan and monitor daily production against quality and delivery targets. Coordinate manpower, machinery, tooling, and materials. Resolve production issues and improve shop-floor efficiency. Accounts Executive Handle accounting entries, invoicing, receivables, and payables. Prepare reconciliations and financial reports. Follow up on payments and support VAT documentation and month-end closing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical) or a related technical field. Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in production or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO . Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software for process monitoring and improvement. Quality Engineer: Experience in fastener or metal product inspection, quality documentation, and ISO 9001 systems. Knowledge of ASTM, DIN, and ISO fastener standards is preferred. Production Engineer: Experience in fastener manufacturing or metal fabrication, with strong production planning, shop-floor coordination, and problem-solving skills. Accounts Executive: UAE accounting experience, knowledge of VAT requirements, proficiency in accounting software, and strong attention to detail. Employment Type Full-time
