PRODUCTION ENGINEER (Oil and Gas)

Plan and lead oil production operations across all offshore fields. Develop and manage production plans and schedules to ensure efficient resource utilization. Monitor and analyze daily production reports, ensuring targets are consistently achieved. Coordinate annual production budgets and implement effective cost control measures. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reliability. Manage contractors and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. Oversee emergency response activities and supervise corrective maintenance operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to oil production and environmental standards. Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and stakeholders. Drive initiatives for technological upgrades and digitalization to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Possess 12+ years of proven expertise in production engineering in the oil & gas sector. Experience in Offshore Production Engineering Expert-level knowledge of operational processes within oil and gas production environments. Strong expertise and hands-on experience in modern production technologies and innovative solutions. Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management abilities to drive collaboration and performance. Proficiency in IT tools and applications, including MS Office Suite, Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in oil and gas production and HSE compliance. Employment Type Full-time
