Product Owner

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Owner to join our team in Cairo. In this Manager/Advisor-level role, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, driving product success from conception to launch. As a Product Owner, you will own the product roadmap and prioritization for key initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product features, manage the backlog, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Your day-to-day will involve: Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements from various sources. Creating, maintaining, and refining the product backlog to maximize business value. Serving as the primary liaison between business units and the development team. Breaking down epics into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Participating in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives. Monitoring product performance metrics and iterating based on data and user feedback. Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or a related role, with proven experience managing a product lifecycle. Strong understanding of product development processes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Ability to use data to drive decisions, prioritize features, and measure success. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated capability to guide teams without direct authority, facilitate collaboration, and resolve conflicts. Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner is a plus.
