Job Purpose: The Product Line Manager is responsible for managing and growing a defined product line throughout his lifecycle. The role focuses on defining product strategy, roadmap, and positioning to meet market needs and business objectives. Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Planning Define and manage the product line vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Align product direction with business goals and market opportunities
• Product Lifecycle Management Manage the product lifecycle from concept, launch, growth, to retirement
• Ensure timely product updates, enhancements, and end-of-life planning
• Market & Customer Analysis Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Identify opportunities for new products or product improvements
• Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Ensure clear communication of product requirements and priorities
• Pricing & Commercial Management Support pricing strategies, packaging, and commercial positioning
• Monitor product profitability and revenue performance
• Go-To-Market & Enablement Support product launches and go-to-market activities
• Provide product training and support to sales and internal teams
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track product performance using KPIs and metrics
• Prepare product reports, business cases, and executive presentations
• Continuous Improvement Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve products

Education
