Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Location: Boston, MA or Quincy, MA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months+ Contract

Required Skills

Professional Services/Consulting Procurement & Strategic Sourcing experience.

Strong experience sourcing Technology Consulting, Advisory Services, Managed Services, and Professional Consulting.

Hands-on experience with contract negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and redlining.

Experience working in regulated procurement environments with compliance and audit requirements.

Experience supporting global procurement organizations.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sourcing for Professional Services and Technology Consulting engagements.

Lead supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract review, redlining, and commercial discussions.

Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and governance.

Manage supplier relationships across global regions (US, Europe, Asia, South America).

Ensure procurement compliance, audit readiness, documentation, and engagement approvals.

Support procurement initiatives through spend analysis, reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
