Issue Company and MOHRE Job offers, apply, renew, and cancel work permits and employment visas. Process insurance renewal and cancellation and other documents in accordance with any applicable law processes. Ability to process different procedures such as applying, coordinating, preparing, and submitting complete applications to ALL government authorities' e-services and/or face-to-face, including but not limited to Ministry of labor and immigration processes. Handle HR-related administrative work: Type & prepare English / Arabic letters for a security pass, driving license, consulate purposes, Embassy Visa purposes, Maintain book for petty cash for visa expenses Manage and maintain employee records with confidentiality Handle traffic fines, trade license, FTA, coastguard, AUH Chamber, Knowledge of UAE government laws and regulations, including Labour Law. Health insurance online portal NAS/Liva/Oman/Sukoon etc. Desired Candidate Profile 3 – 5 yrs experience as PRO in UAE Can speak & write english/urdu and Arabic is a plus point Can join immediately Employment Type Full-time
