Private Banking - Customer Service Representative

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, proactively addressing their banking and investment needs with personalized service. Facilitate seamless execution of client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and foreign exchange, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Onboard new clients by meticulously gathering documentation, verifying identities, and setting up accounts according to strict regulatory guidelines. Proactively identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by understanding their financial goals and introducing relevant banking products and services. Desired Candidate Profile A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is foundational. Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) is highly advantageous. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in private banking or wealth management. Demonstrated understanding of financial markets, investment products, and banking regulations.
