Principal Software Engineer - P1
Job Overview
Communicate with customer to understand the reported issue Investigate and identify the root cause of the reported issues (DB, Network, Application, mobile App, etc.) Troubleshoot and work with different teams including but not limited to infrastructure, DBA, security, development team to solve the reported issue Fixing issues discovered during troubleshooting
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent 10+ Years of Experience Strong SQL skills (queries, tuning, indexing, troubleshooting). Administration of web/app servers (IIS, Tomcat, Nginx). Troubleshooting across app, DB, OS, network, identity, and integration layers. API, ETL, and ESB/iPaaS integration support (REST/SOAP, authentication flows, data pipelines). Experience with React Native mobile application support (builds, releases, crash logs, compatibility). Log analysis, performance tuning, and monitoring/alerting setup. ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change management.
