Presales Engineer

Provide technical presales support for data center, MEP and critical infrastructure solutions. Understand customer requirements and develop technically compliant solutions. Review designs, specifications and architectures, and prepare BOMs and technical proposals. Conduct customer presentations, technical demos, workshops and site surveys. Support RFP/RFQ responses, pilots and Proofs of Concept. Collaborate with sales, engineering, vendors and partners to develop solutions. Provide technical clarifications and support throughout the presales cycle. Enable partners through technical briefings and solution training. Desired Candidate Profile 7+ years of experience in data centers, MEP or critical infrastructure, preferably in presales/solutions engineering. Strong knowledge of power, cooling, UPS, generators and DCIM. Experience with solution design, BOMs, RFPs/RFQs, site surveys and technical proposals. Strong customer-facing, presentation and technical communication skills. Experience working with vendors, OEMs, system integrators and partners. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, compliant solutions. Engineering degree or relevant technical qualification preferred.
