Pre-Sales Specialist

Assisting customers in defining their requirements and selecting the appropriate products and services by serving as a technical expert in customer presentations and preparing the relevant technical and commercial proposals and follow through until deal closing. Primary

Responsibilities

• Understanding customer needs and making sales presentations
• Liaising with the sales and marketing team to undertake demand-generation activities such as trade shows or customer workshops
• Creating impressive demos for clients that are aligned with the client s business objectives
• Helping close sales opportunities
• Preparing responses to RFIs and RFPs completion
• Contributing to product development by analyzing between market needs Researching market needs and sharing insights with technology and marketing teams
• Articulating the technical capabilities of the products, attending and/or performing technical demonstrations
• Providing technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products
• Influencing, persuading, and negotiating with stakeholders in customer organizations
• Developing excellent working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs
• Performing other duties as assigned
