What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a skilled ICT Presales Engineer who will play a vital role in solution design, presales support, and client engagement for our networking portfolio. Key Responsibilities ● Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions. ● Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for customers and partners. ● Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate technical proposals and solution documentation. ● Collaborate with vendors (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Ruijie, Aruba, RF-Elements) to build competitive solutions. ● Provide presales technical support during customer meetings, partner events, and exhibitions. ● Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), solution architectures, and network designs. ● Stay updated with the latest networking trends, products, and competitor offerings. ● Support account managers with technical expertise for cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field. CCNA & CCNP Certification 4+ years of successful experience in the technology industry as a Pre-Sales Engineer. Proven experience in delivering technical training sessions, both in-house and to external stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and network security solutions. Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Ruijie, Aruba, or RF-Elements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors. Fluency in English.
