Pre-Qualification & Vendor Registration Engineer

Manage and coordinate pre-qualification and vendor registration activities with clients, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Prepare, review, and submit pre-qualification (PQ) questionnaires and documentation. Coordinate ADNOC pre-qualification, Work Group approvals, and other client approval requirements. Manage DOE, TAQA, and other client registrations and ensure timely submissions and renewals. Handle registration and documentation through supplier/contractor portals. Coordinate technical documentation covering Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, financial credentials, and project experience. Maintain and update company pre-qualification and vendor registration records. Coordinate registration renewals, amendments, and updates to ensure continued validity. Liaise with internal departments to collect accurate and updated company credentials, certifications, project references, and supporting documents. Monitor submission status, approvals, expiry dates, and renewal requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent. 3 4 years of relevant experience in pre-qualification, vendor registration, client registration, or a related role. Relevant certifications in Vendor Management, Pre-Qualification, or related areas will be an advantage. Experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, Pipeline, Process Facilities, Construction, O&M, Energy, Utilities, Renewables, or Infrastructure projects. Practical knowledge of ADNOC pre-qualification / Work Group approvals. Knowledge of DOE, TAQA, and other client registration processes. Experience working with supplier/contractor registration portals. Strong understanding of PQ questionnaires and supporting technical, HSE, QA/QC, financial, and project credential requirements. Good coordination, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple registration and pre-qualification activities simultaneously.
