Portfolio Manager

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups and other sales channels Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Dubai real estate opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline Achieve individual and team sales targets Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, projects and investment opportunities Maintain accurate records and update activities in the CRM Work closely with marketing, administration and management teams to maximize conversions Participate in training, team meetings and performance reviews

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with experience in: Business Development Executive / Associate Sales Executive Sales Representative Inside Sales Field Sales Cold Calling Lead Generation Real Estate Sales EdTech Sales Banking / Financial Sales / IT Sales Preferred Experience 1 - 5 years of sales experience Experience in EdTech, Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, Telecom or Tele-sales is preferred Strong English communication skills Good convincing and negotiation abilities Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives Self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented Willing to relocate to Dubai
