Portfolio Manager

Manage a portfolio of FM contracts covering hard services (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems) and soft services. Set direction for Project Managers and site teams, and hold them accountable for performance, budget, and compliance. Monitor contract performance against KPIs and SLAs, and drive corrective action where standards slip. Own the portfolio P&L, including budgeting, cost control, and margin improvement. Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, leading performance reviews and resolving escalations. Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and asset management programs are delivered as planned. Identify opportunities for contract extensions, variations, and additional scope. Support tenders and mobilization of new contracts with technical and operational input. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, contract terms, and applicable Saudi regulations. Report portfolio performance, risks, and forecasts to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

7+ years in facility management, including management of multiple contracts or sites. Accreditation: Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration. Languages: English and Arabic.
